Safety and Warnings

  • Guests are required to always heed the advice and directions of park staff members and lifeguards
  • Kindly follow the "Exit only" warning signs posted at the wave pool
  • When stepping into a pool, be careful of the pool depth, kindky proceed with caution in deeper water
  • Strictly abide by the "No Diving" warnings displayed around any water/aquatic device
  • Long-term exposure to wave action may cause fatigue
  • Please do not run around the park
  • Glass bottles or any other containers are not permissible inside the park
  • Please follow swimming related signage located at the park entry and in public toilets:
    • Do not ingest the pool water
    • Please change babies in the restroom, not by the pool
    • Please take kids to the restroom frequently
    • After using the restroom or changing diapers, wash your hands with soap and water thoroughly
    • Please shower thoroughly before swimming
    • Read the sign boards displaying height,weight restrictions carfeully located at the park's entrance
  • Swimwear with abrasive accessories like zippers, buckles, rivets or any sort of metal ornamentation are not allowed
  • For safety of Expectant mothers, strongly advised not to ride the slides
  • Riders must firmly fasten/secure their eyeglasses using head straps
  • Never form human chains
  • Riders must wait for the attendants start signal before starting the ride
  • Do not run, dive, stand, kneel, rotate or stop in the slide
  • After completing and reaching the slide end:
    • Follow all directions by staying in your shutdown lane and exiting quicly by walking to the end of your respective lane; when exiting
    • Do not cause any obstruction at the end of any slide
    • Avoid crossing lanes
  • Be careful when walking as the ground is extremely slippery
  • Aquamagicaa does not accept liability for injury caused by non-negligent acts

Timings are subject to change. We have undertaken a Green Initiative to conserve electricity and resources. Please check the specific ride operations timings at the Park entrance. Early entry to Theme Park is only available for Theme Park guests availing breakfast options.
 

DO’s and DON’Ts

General Guidelines

    • Always always pay attention to safety notices and heed staff and lifeguard instructions.
    • Guests with any health/medical conditions are advised not to use any slides, attractions that limits their movement capabilities.
    • Water rides present a risk of injury as they are physically demanding, participatory activities
    • Horseplay and unruly behaviour is strictly prohibited.
    • Appropriate swimwear is necessary at all times especially on slides/attractions and management reserves the right to decide what qualifies as appropriate swimwear.
      • - Full-body swimsuits and long-sleeved rash guards of polyetster, nylon, lycra fabric are acceptable on all slides
      • - Street clothes, long flowing garments, scarves, sarees, burqa's and undergarments are not permissible.
    • Prescription lenses or sunglasses are not permissible on the slides, attractions
    • You are the best judge of your limitations, so carefully consider each ride to see if you can participate safely.
    • Please keep an eye on your kids, and set up a meeting spot in case you end up being separated.
    • Kids aged under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
    • Management reserves the right to prohibit video recording or clicking pictures.
    • Guests are permitted to smoke only in the assigned Smoking Zone Area within park premises.
    • Rental locker facility is available and guests are therefore requested not to leave their valuables unattended at any given point in time

Information Booths

There is an Information Centre & Guest Relations Counter at the entrance itself. We offer various services for our guests that include:
  • Visitor information (hotels, campsites, points of interest)
  • Lost and found
  • General park information and assistance

First Aid

Imagicaa Water Park is fully equipped to offer first aid in case of an emergency, where professional nurses provide you the best service. Each ride has a First Aid Center. The park is equipped with two Medical Centers.

Lost & Found

We have a Lost & Found desk located at the Arrival Plaza. In case you find something, please deposit the same here. In case you lose something, be sure to check with us. However with the sheer number of Guests in the Park, we cannot take a guarantee for your belongings. Please be careful with your cameras, purses and mobiles. Tip – Carry minimum, Secure what you carry.

Locker Rental

  • Lockers are available for rent to secure your belongings.
  • Locker Sizes: 15/17, 17/17
  • Deposit: INR 200, and Rent: INR 200

Parking Area

Do collect the Parking tickets while entering the Park. The Parking ticket is valid only for 1 day. Though our Parking is planned for large crowds and we have enough space, it is going to be on a first-cum first serve basis. Imagicaa Management is not responsible for any loss or damage of vehicle in the Parking. Do not leave any valuables in the car, (specially something visible on the seats), and please follow all safety and directional signs in the Parking Bay.

Kennel Services

Animals are not allowed in the park, with the exception of service animals used by the hearing and visually impaired. Imagicaa does not provide kennel services. For the health and safety of your pet, please do not leave your pet in your car for any length of time while visiting the park. Imagicaa will call Animal Services to rescue your pet at your expense, which may also result in prosecution and/or damage to your property.

Stroller Rental

Strollers are available for rental. They can be rented from the retail market area. Subject to availability - a limited supply of strollers are available to rent.The Strollers can be hired with a minimum deposit that would be refundable on return of the stroller.

Wheel Chair Rental

Wheelchairs will be made available for rental; they can be rented from retail market area subject to availability. Please note: A limited supply of Wheel Chairs are available for rent.

Food & Drink Kiosk

There are Kiosks located conveniently in the Park which will provide a range of food and beverages.

Physically Challenged

Due care has been taken to support guests who are physically challenged. Our Entry Plaza, restrooms and restaurants have been built with considerations for their special needs.

Lifejackets & Wetsuits

Will be provided at the park.

Waterpark wear & accessories

Please bring your own that fulfill our clothing policy. We also have swimwear available for purchase.

Other Facilities

  • Restrooms Adequate restrooms have been provided through the Park. We also have restrooms for children and our physically challenged guests.
  • Drinking Water There is bottled water available in the Park on payment.

There are height restrictions for rides and attractions.

Clothing and Footwear

Aquamagicaa Water Park offers a range of nylon, lycra and polyester branded swimwear and costumes for purchase at the Park For hygiene reasons swimwear is not available on rental Only nylon, polyester and lycra-based swimwear is permitted on all slides and attractions
 

Swimsuit Dress Code Policy

  • When visiting the park's attractions, suitable swimwear of nylon, lycra or polyester must be worn at all times. If you arrive at the park wearing inappropriate clothing, you may be requested to change or to leave.
  • Clothes cannot be transparent, indecently expose body parts, or feature offensive or obscene images or statements
  • Our retail stores, you may find a variety of swimwear and everyday clothing if you want to purchase bathing suits. We do rent swimming wear for all ages starting at ₹150.
  • Any pool or attraction prohibits the use of regular diapers. At our retail locations, swim diapers are available for purchase.
  • Management reserves the final decision on which on which clothing/swimwear is suitable,acceptable for park entry or use on slides, attractions

Inappropriate Swimwear Includes & is not limited to:

  • Transparent swimwear or bathing suit
  • Street attire, long flowing garments, sarees, and undergarments are not allowed.
  • Shorts with projecting designs or accessories on backside e.g. wetsuits or rivets
  • Chains, jewellery, and long necklaces of any kind are not permissible
  • Swimwear with metal snaps, buckles, or buttons that is coarse/abrasive and could possibly damage slides and hurt other swimmers
  • Everything that could endanger the slides, including clothing and accessories
  • Management reserves the final decision on which clothing/swimwear is suitable,acceptable for park entry or use on slides, attractions

KING COBRA ride is one of its kind in India offering one of the most “intense” riding experiences. Core feature enables single or two double tubes to race through a circular path with twists, turns, and surprises.
